How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on the amount of truck space the approved load takes. A firm estimate is provided after the crew sees the items in person. The company’s published pricing states that labor and taxes are included.
Can I get a quote by phone?
A call is useful for planning, but the firm estimate comes after an on-site look at the actual volume, access, and handling requirements.
What should I do before the crew arrives?
Separate anything you want to keep, clear a safe walking path when possible, and mention stairs, gates, sharp items, oversized pieces, or restricted materials.
Do you take paint, gasoline, chemicals, or biohazard material?
No. Wet paint, fuels, automotive fluids, pressurized containers, pesticides, cleaners, biohazards, and other hazardous materials are excluded from ordinary junk loads.
Do you remove refrigerators and air conditioners?
Call first. Refrigerant-containing appliances have special disposal requirements, and acceptance may depend on the item and disposal arrangement.
Do I have to move items outside?
Not necessarily. Explain where the items are located so the crew can account for stairs, doorways, elevators, gates, and carry distance.
